You’ll learn to set your journal up for on-location success, work with simplifying shapes and forms, illustrate landscapes, food, and work with collage.
This is a small, intimate week designed for just twelve guests, with a balance of short studio sessions and plenty of on-location sketching around Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders.
We’ll explore Stockbridge, sketch during afternoon tea, visit Leith, and enjoy guided tours of the Royal Mile and Greyfriars, plus a full-day trip to Melrose Abbey and Abbotsford House.
