Please read the following information carefully before booking your place on Ohn Mar’s Wild Norfolk Sketch Escape. By making a booking, you agree to these payment and cancellation terms.

Booking & Deposit

A £500 deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat.

The deposit forms part of the total retreat price and is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your booking. It is intended to secure your booking and cover costs and commitments made in preparation for your place on the retreat.

If you choose an instalment plan, the remaining balance will be collected according to the payment schedule shown when you book. Choosing an instalment plan does not change the cancellation terms.

Instalment Payments

Your payment schedule will be clearly shown at checkout.

Payments will be collected automatically using the payment method provided when you book. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available.

Failed Payments

If an instalment payment fails, you will be contacted and given 7 days to bring the payment up to date.

If payment has not been received within this period, your booking may be cancelled and your place released. Any payments already made will then be dealt with in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

Final Payment

The retreat must be paid in full no later than 16 weeks before the retreat begins.

If a booking is made within 16 weeks of the retreat start date, the full retreat fee will be payable at the time of booking.

If You Need to Cancel

I completely understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your place, please notify me by email as soon as possible. Your cancellation will take effect from the date your written cancellation is received.

If you cancel more than 16 weeks before the retreat, payments made beyond the £500 booking deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel within 16 weeks of the retreat start date, payments already made are non-refundable.

If your place is successfully resold, payments received from the replacement booking may be refunded to you, less your £700 non-refundable deposit and any reasonable costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, any future scheduled instalments will be stopped.

If the Retreat Is Cancelled by the Organiser

Occasionally, circumstances outside my control may require reasonable changes to the retreat itinerary, locations, activities or timings. Where necessary, suitable alternatives will be arranged and I will keep you informed of any significant changes.

In the unlikely event that the retreat has to be cancelled by the organiser, payments made directly towards the retreat will be refunded.

The organiser cannot reimburse other costs you may have incurred independently, such as flights, rail travel, additional accommodation or other travel arrangements.

Travel Insurance

I strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance as soon as you book, including cover for cancellation, travel disruption, medical needs and the outdoor activities included in the retreat.

Please make sure your chosen policy provides appropriate cover for your individual circumstances and any non-refundable costs associated with your booking.
